I’m Charlotte Kelly, Project Management Consultant.
I thrive in the crazy world of projects, with all their highs and lows. The constant juggling act of managing time, scope and budget means no day is ever the same.
I’ve worked in project management my entire career; 14 years. I’ve climbed from being a humble Project Coordinator in the translation industry to now being a freelance Project Director and Project Management Consultant in Digital, Marketing and Operations.
My entire career has been agency-side and my goal is to support agencies, and project managers within agencies, to increase efficiency and productivity, and ultimately increase project margins.
My day to day work involves a combination of project and programme management for large scopes of work, project management training, and project management coaching.
Often, those managing projects in agency have never received any formal project management training or coaching, so the core skills of leadership, communication and negotiation, and problem-solving are underdeveloped. This is where I can help.
